Job Description

The Des Moines County Emergency Management Agency has an opening for a part-time Volunteer Coordinator/Emergency Management Assistant. Candidate must be an energetic person with strong volunteer-focused coordination ability to aid in the areas of volunteer administration and emergency management. Skills to include volunteer program organization, recruitment and member retention, and emergency management administration, operations, public education, and more. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. 

Part time position, approximately 28 hours per week with some nights and weekends required.
