Des Moines County Conservation invites and welcomes proposals for our FEMA Event #4732DR-IA Restoration project. Please take the time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by the time as specified above under the "SUBMISSION DEADLINE.". All areas on this RFP will be awarded to the overall low bidder. This RFP will not be broken up into individual projects.
