PLEASE NOTE: These applications should only be used for properties in unincorporated Des Moines County, outside the corporate limits of any city. If your property is located within the cities of Burlington, West Burlington, Mediapolis, Danville or Middletown, please contact a representative of that city to obtain permit information.
